Being fully present and grounded opens up new possibilities and widens our perspective. It creates a certain level of lightness and mental space. I LOVE IT!

With these tools I will be able to create much deeper connections with the clients. Some of the techniques are also useful for my own wellbeing.

Being more present in myself and listening to my gut rather than living in my head so much . This will make me a more attentive and a better coach.

The training helped me realise how little I was in touch with my body before and how important it is. I had ignored all signs that my body was giving me even to the point of reaching burnout . Ruth clearly explained and supported me in the exploration to become more present and to help dealing with difficult emotions. I am glad I had the chance to participate in the training .

I have learned so much more about myself after my sessions with Ruth. She has guided me in seeing and questioning negative belief systems that I have often overlooked, helping me advance closer to a better version of myself. After 8 sessions, working with Ruth my life is different. What I have always wanted rationally and never managed, is suddenly happening. I understand and accept myself more than before. I do not try to fix myself anymore. I feel happier, strong and connected to myself and to people around me. I managed to remove writers block, deal with interpersonal conflicts and handle different type of conflicts inside of me. The journey to see myself and my life in many different colours, in black (bad) or white (good), has been truly exciting.

Ruth has guided me through the journey with the empathy and wisdom she gained through her own personal journey. The trust she managed to create helped me reveal and heal my most vulnerable parts. Thank you, Ruth! 

Before I started coaching, I was getting walked all over and now I have strategies so I can push back when I need to. I’ve got better relationships with my team now. I’ve gotten to know people better and I don’t always say yes . I’m managing it better and we are all getting on better, and I’ve been a driving force in making that happen. I’m making more of an effort and the relationships have definitely improved

I learned more about myself 6 months coaching with you than in the previous 10 years in my job. I am now more accepting of myself, more aware of who I am and how I am perceived

I have had a very constructive and life-changing experience working with Ruth. When we started our sessions it was very difficult to express myself and to be able to communicate effectively how I was feeling, Fortunately, thanks to our work together I have managed to connect more with my whole being, and consequently, value myself, recognize my needs and acknowledge the importance of this This in turn has allowed me to be more present and feel more connected with other people and with my environment at the same time. Appreciate Ruth’s ability to bring out the buried stuff that I’m not aware of.  

Working with Ruth has helped me take steps in areas of my life that I’ve thought about (and read up on) for years but where I’ve gotten stuck half way. Ruth’s encouragement to reflect, sometimes giving me ideas for “exercises” to try, and sometimes mirroring back to me what she hears helps me see my own thinking and come further than before. In several coaching sessions I’ve been amazed to find that I come out with new thoughts and experiments to try where I previously thought that I had exhausted the possibilities. One area where Ruth and I have worked is around how to create space for strategic thinking in the daily whirlwind of urgent tasks. And now I’m on a new path! I highly recommend Ruth as a coach! 

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted greatly from working with Ruth over the last 6 months. My coaching journey started due to undertaking a 12-month international assignment and having formal management responsibility for the first time in my career. Working with Ruth initially was focussed on dealing with imposter syndrome I was facing as a result of the step up in responsibility. Ruth helped me to challenge the negative beliefs and overcome them to grow in confidence of my ability. The primary benefit I have found in working with Ruth however is her focus on taking tangible actions as a result of our conversations which has led to me making progress towards my goals in a short space of time. I’d recommend Ruth as a coach!

After having these sessions I was better able to manage stress at and outside of work and communicate with leaders of the company more Efficiently  

The coaching has had a huge impact on the way I now manage my work, lead my team, and interact with leadership. Through the coaching sessions I have learnt to be more confident on how I engage with my management, better manage my time so that have more time to interact with my team members, and more importantly get a better work/life balance. I have learnt when to step back, and when to engage, and feel much more balanced in myself as a person, which in turn has reduced the stress level associated with my work.

Every coaching session with Ruth brings me to a new realization about myself
and an understanding of the deeper meaning of why I do certain things (good and bad). Her professionalism and empathy along with the tools and knowledge she shared has empowered me to change the things that need to be changed

I really appreciate how Ruth continued to probe to better understand and dig into root cause. Her ability to make me self-reflect within in the first session was refreshing and makes me look forward to the next  sessions.  

Ruth enables me more and more to invest my own capabilities into my visions and dreams. I am starting to become my most important investor

Our work together is  Insightful challenging and thought provoking   and given me significant help with boundaries and identifying people pleasing bias     

I feel like I am returning to being “me”. In the last ten years I have had some challenges ….I’m coming back. My family has noticed as well. 

The sessions are helpful in making me recognise the shadow I cast and my responsibilities as a leader to model the right behaviours but in a way that is authentic to me.   

Ruth is also very talented asking probing questions at the right time that helps me to go deeper into my heart and mind
and find solutions that otherwise would not have occurred to me. We just had our last session today and as always, another wonderful time of self-reflexion
encouragement and energy boost.
My perception on certain topics have changed for better. Having good clarity on how things really work is a great help to get myself out there with a good plan and better approach to my career plans.
