‘This program provides essential tools for anyone looking to enhance their presence and relational abilities in a structured and supportive environment’.
This work is aimed at coaches and other helping professionals who wish to deepen their own self- awareness, presence and listening skills in service of their clients. It is trauma informed.
During these trainings you will learn to connect with your own felt sense. This term was coined by the philosopher Eugene Gendlin back in the 1960’s. It refers to that often-fuzzy feeling which is hard to describe because everyone has their own unique way of experiencing it! It is usually some combination of emotions, physical sensations, new awareness, and intuition. Often it holds information or wants to communicate something of importance. As such, having access to it as a leader, coaching or helping professional can be invaluable.
80% of the signals between the brain and the body go from the body to the brain. These signals are all processed in the right side of the brain. Real change happens when both sides of the brain – the logical left and the intuitive right – work together. Real change doesn’t happen by talking and analysing alone. Real change happens when you combine that with listening to the body in real time. You are not a Head on Legs; You are a Human Iceberg. Discover the secrets held in your body and learn to use this in service of your client
Focusing
Focusing helps you to gain skills at accessing and following the felt sense. It helps to guide clients to a deep level of self-awareness and self-acceptance.
Circling
This is a relational tool which provides a safe container to communicate observations and share impact in a structured way. This can support clients to increase their self-awareness and self-development.
Polyvagal Training
Provides concrete exercises to support nervous system regulation through a series of easy to learn structured movements that enhance self regulation.
The NARM™ framework
Provides a broad context to help understand ourselves and our clients better. It provides an embodied approach to help clients work through self-imposed limitations so that they are no longer restricted by those old beliefs

Being fully present and grounded opens up new possibilities and widens our perspective. It creates a certain level of lightness and mental space. I LOVE IT!
